What types of dust collectors are used in cement plants?

Cement plants typically use various types of dust collectors to control and treat the dust generated during the production process. Common types of dust collectors include:

SFFILTECH filter bag dust collector house: It is a commonly used dust collection equipment that adsorbs dust onto the surface of the filter bag after being charged, and uses a pulse cleaning system to clean the surface of the filter bag to achieve dust removal effect. The most commonly used bag type dust collectors in cement plants include reverse blowing dust collectors and pulse jet dust collectors. The supporting filter bags include reverse blow filter bags and pulse jet filter bags, which are mostly made of polyester filter bags, aramid dust collection filter bags, needle felt P4 filter bags, and woven fiberglass filter bags. According to the actual working conditions, choose the appropriate material for the cement factory filter bag.

SFFILTECH cyclone dust collector: By using gas rotation to separate dust and gas, the dust collection efficiency is not as good as the filter bag dust collector. However, it has the advantages of simple structure and low cost, and is commonly used for collecting large particles.

Wet dust collector: uses water and chemical reagents to wash, settle, and adsorb dust in the airflow, achieving dust removal effect. However, due to the problems of wastewater treatment in wet dust collectors, their application in cement plants is relatively limited.

Electric dust collector: By charging the gas, an electric field is formed between the electrodes, and the electric field force is used to collect the dust on the collection plate to achieve dust removal.

In addition, there are also some new SFFILTECH dust collectors applied in cement plants, such as electrostatic dust collectors, microelectronic dust collectors, etc.
