What kind of melt blown cloth is qualified?
Generally, samples shall be taken and sent to a qualified laboratory for testing, and whether they are qualified shall be determined according to the test results.

2. Test items
- Appearance quality inspection: cloth appearance, holes, impurities, peculiar smell, micropores, crystal points, frits, stiff wires, unreinforced area, thin mesh, width deviation, color difference and joint quality.
- Internal quality inspection: mass deviation rate per unit area, longitudinal breaking strength, transverse breaking strength, longitudinal and transverse elongation at break, hydrostatic pressure and air permeability.
- Microbiological indicators: total bacterial colonies, total fungal colonies, coliform, pathogenic pyogenic bacteria.
3. Melt blown cloth is widely used
In addition to being used as medical and health cloth, meltblown cloth is mainly used for the production of insulating materials, filter materials, geotextiles, wrapping cloth, cement bag packaging and other products in industrial cloth, irrigation cloth, thermal insulation curtain, seedling raising cloth and other products in agricultural cloth, and tablecloth, bedspread, bedspread, curtain and other products in family decoration cloth.
