The high efficiency filter is mainly used to capture particulate dust and various suspended solids below 0.5um. It is made of superfine glass fiber paper as filter material, offset paper, aluminum film and other materials as partition board, and glued with wood frame aluminum alloy. Each set has been tested by the flame absorption method and is characterized by high filtration efficiency, low resistance and large dust capacity. High efficiency air filter can be used in the air supply terminal of clean air purification workshop in optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instrument, beverage and food, PCB printing and other industries. Both high efficiency and super efficiency are used at the end of the clean room, which can be divided into: high efficiency filter with partition, high efficiency air filter without partition, high efficiency air filter with large air volume, super high efficiency air filter, etc.
General principles for selection of high efficiency filter:
1. Diameter of inlet and outlet:
In principle, the inlet and outlet diameter of the filter shall not be smaller than the inlet diameter of the matching pump, which is generally consistent with the inlet pipe diameter.
2. Nominal pressure:
Determine the pressure level of the filter according to the possible higher pressure of the filter line.
3. Selection of hole number:
The particle size of impurities to be intercepted is mainly considered, which is determined according to the process requirements of the medium process. Check the filter screen specification for the particle size that can be intercepted by various specifications of screen.
4. Filter material:
The material of the filter is generally the same as that of the connected process pipe. For different service conditions, the filter made of cast iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel or stainless steel can be considered.
5. Calculation of filter resistance loss
The pressure loss of water filter is 0.52 ~ 1.2kp under the rated flow rate generally calculated
