1. Calendaring
Make the surface of the filter material smooth, flat, uniform in thickness, and easy to remove ash; Ensure that the dust is not easy to enter the deep layer of the filter material and improve the service life of the filter material.

2. Singeing
Use gas to burn the cilia on the surface, improve the surface structure and facilitate ash removal.

3. Film covering
Thermal bonding – first singeing the filter material, and then the film and filter material pass through a series of pressure rollers. Under the combined action of pressure and temperature, the two are combined. PTFE film acts as a disposable dust layer, trapping all dust on the surface of the film to realize surface filtration; the film has smooth surface, excellent chemical stability, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and good ash removal performance.

4. PTFE impregnation
Polytetrafluoroethylene lotion is a neutral organic solvent with a solid content of 60% and a surface treatment agent. It is acid and high temperature resistant. The filter material is treated with tetrafluoroethylene and is resistant to the corrosion of SO2, SO3 and other acidic gases. Improve the corrosion resistance of glass fiber felt. Water resistance (water repellency) increases the smoothness of the felt surface, reduces the adhesion of dust particles, and is easy to blow back and remove dust.

5.Coating
Coating treatment is similar to surface filtration. In fact, water and oil resistance also belong to coating treatment. Coating the filter material can change the single-sided, double-sided or overall appearance, feel and internal quality of the filter material, so that the product can meet certain specific requirements (such as folding, making filter elements, etc.).
The commonly used coating methods include foaming coating and nano coating.

6.Anticorrosive film
In order to increase the chemical corrosion resistance of some filter materials and increase the service life of filter materials, corrosion resistance treatment is required.
The commonly used anti-corrosion coating methods include deep immersion and coating. Through impregnation treatment, the filter material can be endowed with corrosion resistance at high temperature.

7.Film covering
The membrane covered dust collector filter bag is composed of polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane and various substrates (PPS, glass fiber, P84, aramid) with special composite technology. Its purpose is to form surface filtration. The commonly used membrane covering methods of filter materials mainly include hot covering and glue covering.
The filtering accuracy of the dust removal filter bag after film covering treatment is high, even up to 5mg/nm3; Stable running resistance and other advantages.

Dust collector filter bag is the key to the operation of bag filter. Its dust removal efficiency directly affects whether the industrial flue gas treatment can meet the ultra-clean emission standard. SFFILTECH has been engaged in the field of environmental protection for 15 years. It is a comprehensive service provider of the whole industry chain that integrates the production and sales of top 10 dust filter bags and liquid filter bags, and provides industrial flue gas dust removal treatment solutions. Product dust removal filter bags (mainly PPS, PTFE, P84 and composite series of filter materials) have been widely used in the field of flue gas dust removal in power and non-power industrie.
