The production process of food filter bag fabric must be made of long fiber, which is different from short fiber or blended fiber. Long fiber has excellent lifting property and better filtering effect. Even if the pressure is too high and the impurity content is too high, capillary shedding will not occur, which will not affect the product quality.
1. Impact resistance
The impact resistance and impact absorbing energy of polyester rank first among plastics, and it is difficult to crack it due to either strong external impact or internal pressure fluctuation. Its impact strength is twice that of nylon, PVC and polyethylene. Especially when the polyester filter bag (PE filter bag) is in a low temperature environment, its impact strength reaches a higher value.
2. High wear resistance without scaling
The self lubrication and non adhesion of polyester have small friction coefficient. The polyester filter bag (PE filter bag) produced by special process is corrosion resistant, abrasion resistant and free from scaling, so the flow resistance is very small, and the flow rate and flow can be maintained for a long time.
3. Corrosion resistance
Polyester is a saturated molecular group structure, so its chemical stability is extremely high, and it can resist the corrosion of various highly corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range.
4. Light weight and convenient installation
The polyester fiber material is light, and the filter bag is made of 100% pure fiber, which is also light and easy to install.
5. No secondary pollution
The surface of the filter bag is subject to high temperature heat treatment, i.e. instant sintering technology/calendering treatment. This treatment can effectively prevent the filter material fiber from being lost due to the high-speed impact of liquid during filtering. It will not pollute the filtrate due to the fiber shedding on the filter bag surface.
