Filter Bag Cleaning
Filter bag cleaning: select appropriate cleaning materials and strictly match them. Low temperature water cleaning, uniform water flow, moderate strength, and no mechanical damage to the filter bag. Filter bag drying: dry with hot air at 110 ° C to maintain the dimensional stability of the filter bag. After drying, the filter bag will not deform or shrink. Dust removal of filter bag: high frequency vibration is used to completely remove the large dust particles entering the filter bag wall, which will not affect the entanglement fastness of fibers, keep the filter bag in good condition, and the dust is easy to fall off.
Detection: the instrument is used to detect the physical indexes of the filter bag after cleaning to ensure that the cleaning quality meets the requirements. (Those that do not meet the standard will be repaired until they meet the standard.) Filter bag repair: repair the filter bag damaged due to wear and corrosion during use to ensure high recovery rate. Quality inspection packaging: after strict quality inspection, sub packaging, packaging and pasting the inspection certificate, the cleaned and qualified filter bags shall be transported to the designated warehouse for delivery.
The filter bag shall be cleaned in time
The filter bag is made of woven filter cloth or non-woven cloth, which uses the filtering function of fiber fabric to filter the dusty gas. When the dusty gas enters the bag filter, the dust with large particles and large specific gravity will settle under the action of gravity and fall into the ash hopper. When the gas containing smaller dust passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked to purify the gas. Generally speaking, the filtration efficiency of new filter materials is not high enough.
After the filter bag is used for a period of time, a layer of dust will accumulate on the surface of the filter bag due to the effects of screen filtration, collision, retention, diffusion and static electricity. This layer of dust is called the first layer. In the subsequent movement, the primary layer becomes the main filter layer of the filter material. According to the function of the primary layer, the filter material with larger mesh can also obtain higher filtration efficiency. With the accumulation of dust on the surface of the filter material, the efficiency and resistance of the dust collector will increase accordingly. When the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter material is large, some fine dust particles adhering to the filter material will be squeezed through, thus reducing the efficiency of the dust collector. In addition, the high resistance of the dust collector will significantly reduce the amount of air in the filtration system.
Therefore, after the resistance of the filter reaches a certain value, the dust shall be cleaned in time. The initial layer shall not be damaged during ash removal, so as not to reduce the efficiency.
