The activated carbon filter cartridge is calcined with activated carbon particles added with adhesive at elevated temperature. The inner layer of the filter cartridge is a polypropylene frame, which is used to improve the pressure resistance of the filter element. The frame is covered with double-layer polypropylene superfine fiber cloth felt, which can stop the liquid from making more than 10% according to the carbon core μ M particles. The surface layer of the carbon core is covered with double-layer polypropylene microfiber cloth felt, which can block more than 10-20% of the liquid μ M particles, so that the filter cartridge has a two-way function of filtering and cleaning. The outer layer is a milky white plastic mesh sleeve, so that the filter cartridge has a detailed appearance and neat appearance. Both sides of the filter cartridge are equipped with soft plastic bearing end caps, so that the filter cartridge has good airtightness after being installed into the filter cartridge. Characteristics of activated carbon filter element

The activated carbon filter cartridge is of real deep structure, with two-way functions of filtration and cleaning. The filter cartridge precision is 10mm nominal pressure filtration precision. There is no need to add filter aid and filter after carbon treatment. Each activated carbon filter cartridge contains 160g green plant sulfur free activated carbon particles. It is used for purification treatment of electroplating solution, because the filter cartridge is not easy to precipitate chemical fibers or other chemical substances, and then the coating has ductility.

The activated carbon filter cartridge mainly depends on the quality of the activated carbon it uses. It is made of natural coconut shells and physical activation method. Classification of activated carbon filter cartridge

There are two types of activated carbon filter elements: reduced activated carbon filter cartridge and loose balanced activated carbon filter element.

1. The reduced activated carbon filter cartridge uses powdered activated carbon and granular activated carbon with high adsorption value as the filter material for burning and shrinking the adhesive of food grade plastics. The inside and outside of the reduced activated carbon filter cartridge are respectively wrapped with a layer of non-woven fabric with filtering function to ensure that the carbon core itself is not easy to release carbon powder. The two ends of the carbon core are equipped with soft rubber sealing gaskets, so that the carbon core can be loaded into the filter cartridge with good airtightness.

2. The loose type activated carbon filter cartridge is used to assemble the required activated carbon particles into the plastic shell. The bearing end covers are welded on both ends of the shell with a welding machine. The two ends of the shell are respectively put into the non-woven fabric filter cartridge for filtering, so as to ensure that the carbon core is not easy to produce carbon powder and bad water when in use.
